There are a few primary characters in Repo Elf, although as the manuscript is developed more primary characters may be created either from secondary characters or as completely new entities.
Honcho: The elf who leads the Repo Squad. He’s a tough elf—the little big boss you hire to get the job done!
Big Nick: This Santa is a Captain of Industry, one who is as concerned about business as he is about children.
Travis: The kid who captures the repo elf. He may be able to pull off a kidnapping, but he’s not such a punk.
Sybil: An elderly neighborhood woman, victim to Travis’ act of unkindness.
Dirk: The kid behind the elf hostage plan.
Charge: Santa’s right-hand man (not an elf) and lead hostage negotiator.
